Jennifer Applington, LMT is a Washington state native and has been a Licensed Massage therapist since 2006. She relocated to Florida in 2021 and continues to practice the medicine that she loves. Her passion for helping people to live pain-free stems from growing up watching her Mother suffer debilitating pain from scoliosis. She remembers her Father always massaging her back and shoulders and Jennifer would mimic this with everyone who would let her. Shortly after graduating from High School she received a postcard advertising a local massage school – she signed up the next day!

Jennifers feels that massage therapy is her calling and that she always knew that this is what she was supposed to do. She specializes in medical, sports and lymphatic drainage massage. Jennifer also believes that each person needs to be treated as an individual; and she prides herself in trying to learn what is causing the pain and not just treating the “area” that hurts, in order to achieve long lasting results. Some of the issues she addresses are: sciatica, rotator cuff injuries, thoracic outlet syndrome, and swelling from surgeries or cancer.

A Licensed Massage Therapist since 2014, Jenie has always lived a very active lifestyle. Jenie has been a professional drummer for many years and when injuries and pain started to show up it affected her personal and professional life. She sought treatment with traditional “Western Medicine” methods at first and was left frustrated with the care she received which lead her to seek alternative and holistic approaches. This turned into an incredible learning experience and a second-career, one born out of passion to help others with a skill that truly helps to heal the body and mind.
